Our "Made-to-Order" Philosophy
At Water Drinking Club, every item is printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. Please consult our size charts carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Fulfillment Issues We pride ourselves on quality, but mistakes happen. Please inspect your order upon reception. You have 30 days after receiving your item to report any issues. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if:

The product is physically damaged or defective.

The print quality is poor or the design is mislabeled.

You received the wrong item, size, or color due to our error.
To start a claim, contact us at info@waterdrinkingclub.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Do not send items back to us without prior approval, as they will not be processed.
European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period: For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Return Shipping: In accordance with EU law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Return Address: We do not list a public return address to ensure all returns are routed to the correct facility. Once your return request is approved via email, we will provide you with the specific address (typically our fulfillment center in Latvia or Spain for European orders).
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
